IIN supports the Second World Congress «Childhood without Violence»

 

The Inter-American Children’s Institute (IIN), in order to promote opportunities for meetings and exchanges to protect children from violence and violations of their rights, supports the Second World Congress «Childhood without Violence».

 

This Congress organized by Aralma, seeks to make visible the multiple violence that affect the lives of babies, children, adolescents and their families, to bring the issue to the public agenda.

 

The objectives of this congress coincide with goal 16.2 of the Sustainable Development Goals «End abuse, exploitation, trafficking and all forms of violence against and torture of children» and the priority lines of the IIN Action Plan.

 

The second meeting will take place on August 21, 22 and 23, 2019 at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires in the Ciudad Autónoma Buenos Aires, Argentina.
