The IIN and the Network of Child and Youth Correspondents present CORIA NOTEBOOK N ° 4

 

In this latest edition of 2019, it addresses a wide variety of topics: child and adolescent participation, digital environments, right to education, comprehensive sexual education, right to identity, rights of indigenous people, rights of LGBTQ people and the participation of the CORIA at international events.

Likewise, the correspondents express their concern about child labor, environmental pollution, childhood in the context of migration, sexual exploitation and violence against children and adolescents.

“The creation of the IIN’s Network of Child and Adolescents Correspondents (CORIA Network) is one of the strategic actions that we have been promoting in terms of participation. This Network is currently made up of 36 children and adolescents, between 12 and 17 years of age, belonging to 14 States of the 4 regions of the Americas: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago and Uruguay”.
