Stage 2 of RIAMUSI course begins – Dominican Republic

 

On September 3 begins, the second stage of the virtual course of the Intergenerational Network of Multipliers of Safe Internet Use (RIAMUSI) in the Dominican Republic.

 

This stage consists in the implementation of campaigns and workshops proposed by the same Multiplication Agents of the Safe Use of Internet -certified in the month of May-, in the educational centers: Minerva Mirabal, La Paz, Santiago Hirujo and Emma Balaguer.

 

In November, a face-to-face stage is going to be developed in Santo Domingo, coordinated by the IIN-OAS with the support of World Vision Dominican Republic and CONANI.

 

What is RIAMUSI? It is an intergenerational, inter-institutional and interdisciplinary network proposed by the IIN-OAS, constituted by multiplying agents. It seeks to guide the safe use of the Internet and the prevention, attention, support and monitoring of possible violations of the rights of children and adolescents in the use of the Internet.
