The IIN moderates Forum for Strengthening the Protection System – Paraguay

With the purpose of generating a space for analysis and debate on compliance with the Code – Law No. 1680/2001 regarding the installation and effective operation of the National System for the Protection and Integral Promotion of Children and Adolescents, the National Children and Adolescents (SNNA) and the Government of the State of Paraguay, will hold the National Forum for Strengthening the Protection System in which the Inter-American Children’s Institute (IIN-OAS), represented by the Director General, Víctor Giorgi will participate as moderator.

It is expected that for this activity about 300 referents, among which are key players in the Councils of Children and Adolescents: National, Departmental, Municipal. From Municipal Councils for the Rights of Children and Adolescents – CODENI. Of the National Network of Departmental Secretariats of Children and Adolescents of the Governments. National Network of Children and Adolescents of Paraguay and the Specialized Jurisdiction: representatives of Children’s and Adolescents’ Courts, the Public Ministry and the Ministry of Public Defense.

The Forum will be at the KO’E PYAHU – PRODEPA Center located at Avenue Eusebio Ayala near De la Victoria – km 4, 5 in the city of Asunción, Paraguay.
