IIN-MINNA-RedPi present the Third Edition of the Workshop «Healthy development in Violence-free environments» in Paraguay

On August 29 and 30, 2019, the third edition of the «Healthy Development in Violence-Free Environments» Workshop will be held in Encarnación, Paraguay.

The process which began in 2017 in a fluid dialogue between the IIN and then Secretaría Nacional de la Niñez y Adolescencia (SNNA), now turned into the Ministry of Childhood and Adolescents (MINNA), and the Network of Organizations of the Civil Society for Early Childhood (RedPI), is reflected in a first workshop in the capital of Paraguay, to then begin itinerant and decentralized transit through Villarrica and arrive, this time, to the border city of Encarnación.

Based on the priorities and interests of the Republic of Paraguay, reflected in its normative and institutional advances, in the commitment of the political system to children, in the strategy assumed to be «Pioneer Country» with its figth to eradicate the violence of the daily environments of development of children in the «Sustainable Development Goals», and in the priorities of the IIN Action Plan for the region, we assume this new challenge, with renewed enthusiasm but similar objective of contributing to the process of reflection, training and awareness about the affectation of the different forms of violence in the development of children during Early Childhood.

This third edition will be open to all public and will again have the participation of national and international authorities, institutions, programs, projects and local actors, dedicated to providing guarantees for the exercise of rights for the healthy development of the different early childhoods.
