IIN and Ecuador establish technical-political dialogue on processes of international restitution of children
The IIN-OAS, the Ministerio de Inclusión Económica y Social, the Secretaría de Derechos Humanos of Ecuador and International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (ICMEC), organize the “Inter-institutional dialogue with technical teams that intervene in the processes of international restitution of children, under the Inter-American Conventions and The Hague” in Ecuador.
This activity, which will be carried out under the workshop format, aims to implement a technical-political exchange for the determination of an inter-institutional process for cases of international child abduction, and to agree on the creation of an inter-institutional protocol and intersectional for the international restitution procedure as a required state.
The workshop is aimed at representatives of the Ministerio de Inclusión Económica y Social, Ministerio del Interior, Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, Defensoría Pública, Policía Nacional especializada en Niñez y Adolescencia of Ecuador and technical officials of the IIN and ICMEC.
