In this edition of the IINfancia Bulletin that coincides with the 93rd anniversary of the IIN and the «Americas Children and Youth Day», the reader will come across topics such as children in human mobility, the violence typical of institutionalization, the most abhorrent forms of exploitation, the challenge of defending public spending on children in a context of shrinking economies, ethnic identities, the presence of the gender dimension in discourse, the “social representation of childhoods”.

These issues will continue to be present in the new post-pandemic reality and we should continue to think about them, producing and working, if we want to avoid falling into the primitivization of policies and an immediatism which will prevent us from seeing beyond the crisis.
